The current exhibits may vary in size. The may shoew objects from the collections that are not on permanent dispplay, or discuss topics of current interest. The museum has venues both for permanent and current exhibitions, both in the builings around the square and in the Apartment Building.

Sami Picture

The Picture Collection at Norsk Folkemuseum has several thousand photos showing Sami people and places. The exhibit "Pictures of Sami" features some of them. Opens on the Sami National Day, February 6th.
